Biography

Terri Rubiola is native of San Antonian who specializes in downtown commercial real estate. Starting in her family business, Jacob Rubiola and Company, she honed her skills managing FHA, VA and FNMA home mortgages through the early 1980s. She started in commercial real estate as a commercial leasing agent and sales broker with Johnson/Seward & Associates, then became a partner in Centro Properties where her work focused on downtown redevelopment.

Rubiola is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors Commercial Investment Division, Downtown Alliance, San Antonio Real Estate Council, Friends of the McNay Museum, San Antonio Botanical Center and has previously served on the Board of the Downtown YMCA, the San Antonio Board of Realtors Commercial Investment Division, and the Downtown Housing Advisory Board.
