Biography

Steves Rosser is active in all lines of leasing and brokerage in South Texas. In addition to 20 years experience in real estate, he has been involved in retail and restaurant ventures. With this experience, he is able to provide knowledgeable service to his many clients.

Rosser began his real estate career leasing student housing while attending The University of Texas at Austin. Upon his return to San Antonio in 1988, Rosser moved on to commercial leasing and management, working for local developer Dwight Lieb. Some of his past and current retail/restaurant clients include Buffalo Wild Wings, Smashburger, Fazoli’s, Auto Group of San Antonio, Red Bone Guitars and Arby’s. Other clients include Journeyman Construction, IBTX, Pro Nail Supply, SLS Security, CAN Industries and Apex Software.
 

Rosser is a member of CCIM San Antonio, Realtors Commercial Alliance and the San Antonio Board of Realtors Commercial Investment Division.
